The Young Women's Group has extended its outreach with a scholarship and teen activities, but our favorite pastime continues to be our social events! Spread the word to the younger women of Chautauqua to join us for lemonade and conversation on Tuesdays at 9:30 am. We had a huge turnout for dinner at Olive's last year, so don't miss this summer's evening out, another chance to meet up with new and old friends. We're excited to announce our first scholarship, given to a summer student, thanks to generous private donations and our efforts on the 2009 Chautauqua Marina Silent Auction. We had a full clubhouse for last year's Teen Recital which showcased the amazing musical talent of our children. Be sure to tell your teenagers to practice for the 2nd Annual Teen Recital on July 22, and they can play games at the clubhouse in the evenings on July 12 and 26. The Flea Market and Strawberry Festival will continue to be our opportunity to support CWC. Bring your work shoes and get ready to dig into that bowl of strawberries!
