William K. Black J.D. Ph.D.  is a lawyer,academic, author, and former bank regulator. He is currently an Assoc. Prof. of Economics and Law at the Univ. of Missouri-KC. He was the Ex. Director of the Institute for Fraud Prevention form 2005-2007.

Lee Huebner, Ph.D., Director of George Washington University School of Media and Public Affairs. Dr. Huebner served 14 years as publisher and CEO of the Paris-based International Herald Tribune, the world's first global newspaper. He was Deputy Director of the White House Writing and Research Staff during the Nixon administration.
